You shall not, and shall not cause or permit Your Users, End Users or any others to:

  1. use the NaC Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, governmental order or decree, or third parties' rights

  2. use the NaC Services to obtain unauthorized access to, or interfere by any means with, any user, system, network, service, or account, including evasion of filters or breach of the security or integrity of any network or system, or impair anyone else

  3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, harm the NaC Services, impair anyone else's use of the NaC Services, or distribute spam or malware

  4. use the NaC Services to include any data that is illegal, unlawful, harmful, pornographic, defamatory, infringing, or invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights

  5. perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, network discovery, port and service identification, password cracking of the NaC Services

  6. use the NaC Services to harass or to encourage or facilitate any violence or interference against any person, entity or government (including the use of NaC Services as or in support of a weapon of any kind), or to help any person, entity or government launch cyberattacks

  7. disable, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any billing mechanism that measures use of the NaC Services

  8. use the NaC Services (including any associated NaC Licensed Materials) in any hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance (e.g., aircraft navigation or communications systems, air traffic control, in the operation of nuclear facilities, direct life support machines, military defense systems, etc.) in which their failure could lead directly to death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage.

  9. In addition to other rights that Nokia has under the Terms of Service, Nokia has the right to take remedial actions if this Acceptable Use Policy is violated, including (i) suspending or terminating Your Developer Account and access to the NaC Services; (ii) Removing or disabling access to the part of Developer Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy; (iii) bringing legal proceedings against You for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the non-compliance; and/or (iv) making disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as Nokia reasonably determines necessary or appropriate. Unless Nokia believes an immediate suspension is mandated based on the facts, Nokia will provide You with reasonable notice before suspending Your access to the NaC Services.
